By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below:

PURCHASE TERMS

Please ensure you have checked all measurements, read the full description and reviewed all images prior to purchasing from Jessica Helen.
Soul Notes Collection: Each piece is handmade in nature, slight variations in design placement may occur from piece to piece. Every effort is taken to accurately place design components, and each piece within a single order will be be consistent with the rest of order.

Jessica Helen does not accept refund requests for change of mind.
Contact with Jessica Helen regarding refund/exchange request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be returned blemish free and original packaging.
Should returned item require maintenance upon return, restoration fees will be deducted from original purchase amount.

MANUFACTURING WARRANTY

All works undertaken include 12 months workmanship warranty. General neglect, wear and tear caused by everyday use (such as but limited to caused during exercise or manual labour) is not covered under warranty. All warranty claims are subject to assessment by the jeweller, Jessica Martin. Damage/wear and tear that is not due to workmanship can be repaired for a fee.
Please contact Jes directly for a quote regarding repair work.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
In stock items are shipped within 5 business days* 
Lead time on custom orders vary due to the unique nature of each piece, timeframe will stated within commencement contract/invoice.
*If your order of an in stock item requires personalisation, please allow up 14 business days for shipping. Most personalisation requests can be completed within 5 business days however during peak times (ie. Christmas) please allow up to 14 business days.

Jessica Helen is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, all parcels are registered and tracking numbers provided once transferred to freight carriers.
​Custom and/or import charges/taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser, not Jessica Helen.

To avoid delays to your order please ensure that your billing address matches your delivery address.


MARKETING & NOTIFICATIONS:

Jessica Helen uses cookies to help keep track of the items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via email.
 

By entering your contact number in the checkout and making a purchase, you agree that we may send you text notifications regarding your order. You acknowledge that consent is automatically given when providing your phone number for any purchase.


Email subscribing via our subscription form allows Jessica Helen to provide updates and marketing campaigns via email. These will occur no more frequently that on a weekly basis except for holiday periods where shipping reminders need to be issued. If you wish to unsubscribe from our marketing updates please use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our email messages.
